21-22 weeks (this is from expereince as a respiratory therapist) however, babies born before 36 weeks do not have mature lungs, the lungs are the last to mature... so therefore they are placed on life support to breathe for them.

a 22 weaker only has about a 10 percent chance in making it. and even less of being "normal" they always will have heatlh problems.

you want your baby to be full term... and no induction of labor until after 42 weeks...
there are studies that show that when a babies lungs are fully mature they secrete a hormone that puts momma in labor.

here is personal proof.... my son... we were going to do an induction at 37 weeks... well it got put off and put off...
I finally just went into natural labor.. and he has a lot of issues where his airways were not fully mature.. luckily his lungs were. had he been born a week earlier he would have been on life support.

don't push your pregnancy! life is too short, enjoy this magical time! your getting ready to be a mommy!

i think it should be totally fine to speak both. children pick up on different languages a lot easier than adults. i used to live in germany and my neighbours were english and german. they spoke both to their daughter. sometimes she mixed things up but it helped me learn more german ;) we have a girl at my daycare whose parents are sudanese and they speak both. she is almost 4 and now rarely speaks her parents native language to us, she adapts. when her parents or brothers come to get her she speaks in whatever language she feels like at the time. she is very smart and is not 'behind'. we have had lots of children from bosnia, croatia, etc and they too spoke both languages with no apparent difficulties when they reached school age. we also thought it was great to learn a few words along with them. why not?

All languages its a known fact that if you speak more than one language you learn faster some people say you're smarter also. It'll also help the baby in the future when he/she gets a job knowing more than one language helps you. You get paid more and you get better opportunities.

Co-sleeping is a personal choice but you do have to fit certain criteria. If you are obese, sleep hard, are a restless sleeper, drink alcohol, take prescription drugs, recreational drugs or over the counter drugs that would make you sleep harder than usual, it isn't a good idea. I still co-sleep with my 10 month old son and LOVE IT. When he was really little, he would sleep on my chest or in a co-sleeper. Now that he is bigger, he is starting to resist co-sleeping and I know it is time to transition him to his crib. I am such a light sleeper I wake at the slightest noise/movement and I don't move while he is sleeping with me. A co-sleeper that fits in your bed between you and your partner is a good place to start if you were ever to consider co-sleeping (at least while they feed so often at night).
